He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ramsey and Dessi Ramsey (Hendricks); his wife Mary Elizabeth Ramsey; his daughters, Deborah Ann and Donna Jean; and his sisters, Mabel Elliott and Madeline Parsons.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Ramsey (Man-Wang), David F. Ramsey (Stephanie) and Amy E. Scott (Robert); and his grandchildren, Kristopher Ramsey (Amanda), Kaleena Stackhouse (Ryan), Alicia Jolly (Chase), Bryan Ramsey (Elissia), Daniel Ramsey (Heather), Kalynn Telmanik (Brett), Meghan, Collin and Emma Scott. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
