With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet E. Newman (Richmond, Ohio), who passed away on June 22, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Ellis and Effie Ellis (Burdine); her siblings, Dr. James Ellis and Carolyn V. Ellis; and her daughter-in-law Yvonne Newman.

She is survived by: her husband Francis E. "Gene" Newman; her sons, Michael A. Newman (Diane K.), Larry E. Newman, David A. Newman (Susan L.) and Greg E. Newman; and her siblings, Robert Ellis, Ron Ellis and Margaret Robbins. She is also survived by 8 granddaughters and 1 grandson.
