He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Costlow and Guseman; his wife Sherry Costlow; and his sister Betty Redden. He is survived by: his children, Debbra A. Casto of Lodi, Linda L. Woodard (Rick) of Richmond Twp and Harry R. Costlow, Jr. (Jane) of Brunswick; his grandchildren, Melissa, Brian, Tonya, Carrie, Janice, Tiffany and Harry III; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Mackenzie, Kayle, Addlyn, Ryland, Brodie, Donald, Shawn, Allison, Madison and Kyri; his brother Albert Costlow (Shirley) of Akron; and his close friend Delta Newell.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Childs-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home (1071 OH-7, Pierpont, OH 44082). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM at the Dart Cemetery (1751 Pymatuning Lake Rd, Andover, OH 44003).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula.
