He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elliott and Helen Capen (Shook); his son Richard Elliott; and his siblings, Gibby, Jr., Gary Elliott, Sis Everhart and Charmaine Mieczkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Elliott (Roth); his children, Jeff Elliott (Cristy) and Debbie Bailey (Bob); his siblings, John Elliott (Sammi), Mary McCoy (Dave) and Susan Sealey; his daughter-in-law Jan Elliott; his brother-in-law Henry Mieczkowski; his grandchildren, Kylie Eick (Jon), Kevin Bailey (Alissa), Kayla Evans (Tommy) and Darci Richardson; and his great grandchildren, Landen Bailey, Avery Bailey, Lilly Evans, Parker Evans and Nate Eick. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
