He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Mercer and Pauline Mercer; and his brother Larry Mercer (Carolyn). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Mercer; and his sisters, Shirley Fithen (Bill) and Carol Browning (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
