He is survived by: his wife Carlene Welsch (George); his daughter Dawn Welsch of Salem, OH; his grandsons, Zach Altman and Braedon Altman; his stepchildren, Laurie Martt (Bill) of Yellow Springs, OH and George Twaddle (Denise) of Marysville, OH; his stepgrandchildren, Jeff Martt (Corina), Kevin Martt and Anne Marie Twaddle; his stepgreat-grandsons, Ellis Martt and Lewis Martt; and his sister Karen Pack (Dave) of Lenexa, KS..
