He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Mary; his sister Lorna Webb (Don); and his wife Donna Jo. He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Anne Lombardo-Chokenea (Chuck) and Cheryl Lombardo-Regalbuto (Larry Holstein); his grandchildren, Rachele, Brianna (Chris), Gabriele, Jacqueline (Adam), Michael, Dr. Avalon (Braden) and Nicole (Joe); his great grandchildren, Giovanni and Alessio; and his brother Tommy (Joyce).
