She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey J.; her child Deedra Evert (Scott); her grandchildren, Cameron Evert and Erin Evert; her siblings, Richard Kabat and Patricia Kabat-Merriman; and her brother-in-law Donald Payne (late Patricia).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in memory of Rose to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
