She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hogan and Lillie Yancey Hogan; her husbands, Ray Samuelson and Edward Surman; her children, Earnest "Wayne" White, Raymond Samuelson and Annetta Timmerman; and her siblings, Lola Smith, Gertrude Meadows, Edith Morris, Shirley Scott, Margie Hogan, Myrtle Wills, Goldie Altizer, Melba Meadows, James Hogan and Wesley D. Hogan.
She is survived by: her sons, Wesley H. White (Dalene) of Salem and Vernon E. White of Richfield, Ohio; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Samuelson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
