She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Gorman and Loretto Gorman. She was also cherished by children, mothers, patients, and friends.

On July 2nd, 1939 she entered the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine and pronounced final vows on September 20th, 1945.
