She is survived by: her husband Johnny Buzzelli; her children, Thom Chapman (Danielle), Angela Gueye and Stacy Swords (Mike); her grandchildren, Justin Polzer (Blake), Allicia Loy, Tyler Swords (Roger Postell), Dylon Loy, Ashley Swords, Riley Smouther, Cameron Swords, Madison Swords and Tanner Swords; her siblings, Cindy Chapman, Wendy Chapman and William Chapman; her siblings-in-law, Kathy Buzzelli (Robert), Richard Buzzelli and Patricia Buzzelli; and her nephews, Nick, Joey Buzzelli, Brandon, Hunter, Jake Bates and Sean Divine.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cotner Funeral Home (7369 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
