He is survived by: his wife Rita McFadden (Leone); his sons, David McFadden and Mark McFadden; his siblings, Linda Mundy (John), Nancy Schmitt (Mathew) and Bruce McFadden (Devin); his mother-in-law Antonia Leone; his siblings-in-law, Laura Leone and Perry Leone; and his grandson Maddox McFadden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close friends.
