He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Welborn and Jadyn Welborn; his sister Willow; his grandparents, Chris, Alisa Dixon, Becky Welborn, Kevin and Debbie Skarsten; and his great-grandparents, Ruth Skarsten, Mike, Debbie Dixon, Truman, LeAnn Trotter and Steve Welborn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
