We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2023, at the age of 94, Ruth Marjorie Milligan of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Milligan. She is survived by: her sister Jacquelyn Morton of Florida; her sister-in-law Ruth Milligan of California; her daughters, Jane Leemhuis (Jeff) of Columbus, Susan Yingling (Terry) of Akron and Carol Milligan (Josh Eaton) of Columbus; and her granddaughters, Erika Sammons (Andrew), Brittany Anstrom and Kathryn Scholten (Paul). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
