It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Van Horn of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, born in Belmont, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Holub and Mary Holub (Ofat). She is survived by: her husband Richard Van Horn; and her children, Richard R. Van Horn (Lori), Kimberly K. Hodnett (Kevin) and John J. Van Horn (Leslie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
