She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry George and Mildred George (Bauer); her husband Charles W. Annis; her son David C. Annis; and her siblings, Jim and Judy.
She is survived by: her children, Brian G. Annis (Kate), Lisa G. Neuhoff and Mark W. Annis (Susannah); her daughter-in-law Janet Annis; her grandchildren, Charles Annis, Daniel Annis, Clara Neuhoff, Sara Neuhoff, Nathan Annis, Amanda Annis (Rick King) and Noah Ratcliff; and her great grandchildren, Dallas, Skylar and Oliver. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Reynoldsburg Community Church.
