She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Vernon P. Martin; her husband William F. Underwood; and her brother James V. Martin. She is survived by: her son William F. "Woody" Underwood; her daughter-in-law Andrea Underwood (High) of Reynoldsburg; her daughter Susan Jane Reed (Underwood); her son-in-law James R. Reed of Etna; and her grandchildren, William "Austin" Underwood (Taylor Lanning) of Westerville, Erik "Peyton" Underwood, Trey Carman, Riley Jane Carman, Tiffany A. Reed and Natalie A. Reed.
