She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Whitfield Edwards; her granddaughter Jennifer Rudolph; and her twin-sister Ruth. She is survived by: her granddaughter Jennifer Lee; her daughters, Martha Kirkton (Steve) of Copper Canyon and Vickie (Scott); her grandchildren, Amy Banks (Craig) of Highland Village, Robb McCormick (Kylie) of Clintonville and Alan Kirkton of Bedford; her grandson-in-law Joe Rudolph of Dublin; her great grandchildren, Lauren Burnaugh (Mitchell), Michael Thomas, Andrew Thomas, Emma Ash Taylor, Brodie Kirkton, Owen, John, Madeline McCormick of Clintonville, Joey, Abby and Jacob Rudolph of Dublin, Ohio.; her great great grandchild Lauren (Mitchell); her nephew Mike Edwards; her daughter Camille Berg of Naples; and her friend Mary Alice (Liz).
During her life Mabel volunteered with the American Red Cross, Belles for Mental Health and the Kidney Foundation.
