He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Bradley Fields (Erin), Scott Fields and Christina Bownes (Mitch); his grandchildren, Drew Fields (Tiffany), Kayley Hill (Brandon), Cameron Fields, Jasmine Patterson, Makayley Fields, Judah, Manean and Davanee Fields; and his sister Marilyn Payne (Dale).
