She was predeceased by: her parents, William Doc and Ollie Day Mullins; and her siblings, Reese Mullins, Clarence "Peck" Mullins, Shelby Mullins, Sherwood Mullins, Arlie Mullins, Kenneth Mullins, Wayne Paul Mullins, Madge Smallwood and Reva Mae Bates.
She is survived by: her husband Ernie; her daughter Deborah Hoffman (Marc) of Blacklick, Ohio; her grandchildren, Christopher Hoffman (Erica) of Lebanon, Tennessee and Casaundra Wilcome (Luke) of Ledyard, Connecticut; and her sisters, Bonnie Boyd of Stanton and Betty Johnson of Frenchburg, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
