She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hughes and Bonnie Hughes (Moore); her husband Robert; and her brothers, Mitchell Hughes and David Hughes.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Tammy) and Troy; her grandchildren, Breanna "Bre Bre", Mckenna "Nenna" Crawford, Dylan, Larry and Sandy Kushel (Brandon); her sister-in-law Teresa Hughes; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home (289 S Main St, Pataskala, OH 43062). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society in Joan's memory.
