She is survived by: her husband Fred Cloe; her children, Cody Cloe (Kaitlyn), Brandon Cloe and Kayalani Cloe; her grandson Arthur; her parents, James Haid and Aurora Haid; and her siblings, Jeanessa Miguel (Patrick) and James Haid, Jr. (Sharye). She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, friends are encouraged to paint a rock and place it in Jazz's fairy garden in her memory.
