She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Hendrix and Martha Hendrix (Dawson); and her brother Gary Hendrix. She is survived by: her husband Michael Spencer; her children, Troy Lutes (Kelley), Leeah Lutes-Stammer (Dave House), Shaun Spencer (Mary) and Denise Spencer-Hauenstein (Joel); her grandchildren, Cody Stammer, Casey Stammer, Joshua Spencer, Justin Spencer (Sydney), Bryson Hauenstein and Gryffin Hauenstein; her sister Louise Snively (John); her sister-in-law Darlene Hendrix; and her cousins, Lynn Orem and Kathy Subrick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association or Colony Cats Adoption Center in Dublin, OH.
