Smith II (Andrea) of Proctorville, OH and Bradley M. Smith (Kaci); his grandparents, Tyrone and Linda Tomlinson of Reynoldsburg, OH; his uncles, Steve, Neal Tomlinson of Reynoldsburg, OH and Darrell 'Bo' Smith (Pat) of Huntington, WV; his aunt Debbie Jones (Fred) of Scottown, OH; his great-uncle Greg Tomlinson (Millie) of Chesapeake, OH; and his great-aunts, Priscilla Bocook of Versailles, KY and Debra Leo of Newark, DE.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
