She was predeceased by: her significant other James D. Karga; her parents, Evelyn Magrath and Hamilton Magrath; her brother Robert Magrath; her parents-in-law, Rose and Lockland McPherson; her sister-in-law Bernadette Magrath; and her son-in-law Timothy Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Reed, Evelyn Morgan (William), Roseann Wright (Frederick), James L. Karga, Mary C. Karga (Karl Kessler) and Kevin Karga (Heather). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great- great-grandchild.
Donations in honor of Frances may be dedicated to the American Heart Association.
