She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis R. Byers Cottrill and Rex Leroy Cottrill; her sons, Scott and Troy Woods; and her siblings, Jack, Jim, Louisa and Bill Cottrill.
She is survived by: her husband Frank M. Woods; her children, Steven Woods (Doni), Todd Woods and Shawn Woods (Alisha); and her sister Pat Neumayer. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
