It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Jean Smith-Phillips of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, who passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah (Michael) and Mallory (Josh); her grandchildren, Bryce (Emilee), Brock, Cameron, Carson and Madelyn; her great grandchild Lane; her close friends, Shelly Bradford and Joyce Ward; the father of her children Larry Smith (Karen); her husband John; and her pets, Bentley and Bailey.
