He is survived by: his son Charles L. Hulse (Chuck); his sisters, Jean Goudy and June Magers; his sister-in-law Miriam Hulse; his granddaughters, Mandy Gibson (Josh), Rachel Minahan (David) and Hannah Miller; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Emily Gibson, Donnie and Griffey Miller.
