She was predeceased by: her parents, John Y. Ammerman and Bertha Louise Ammerman. She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Barnes; her children, Paul R and Carolyn J. Barnes, RN; her granddaughters, Kate Barnes, Stephanie Barnes and Bethany Downey (Jesse); and her great grandchildren, Emma and Olivia Downey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Licking County Foundation (Barnes Scholarship Fund) or Wesley Ridge Retirement Center.
