It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Fretz of Republic, Ohio, born in Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Dean and Catherine Dean (Factor); her husband James R. Fretz; her siblings, Eddie Dean and Joan Agerter; her grandson Matt Mason; and her great grandchild Zane Kohlenberg.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Fretz (Ann-Huth) of Tiffin, Debra Rohrbacher (Mark) of Republic, Donna Mason (Jay) of Republic and Diana Laterza (Chuck) of Ardmore, Oklahoma; her close friend Royson Nichols of Attica; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Walters (Becky), Joshua Walters (Amanda), Jessica Nichols (Benjamin), Jeff Walters, Cathy Roring (Steven), Christopher Laterza (Karmen), Adam Kohlenberg (Sara), Michael Kohlenberg (Sandra), Ian Fretz (Emma), Stasia Fretz and Mikalea Fretz. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
