He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Risner and Letha Risner (Patrick); and his sister Imogene Risner. He is survived by: his fiancée Sandra Sherman of Republic; his son Rob Risner of Hilliard; and his siblings, Charles Risner of Mansfield, Glenn Risner of Norwalk, Donnie Risner of Norwalk, Bill Risner of Willard, Gerald Risner of Greenwich, Rebecca Sue Howard of Middletown, Betty Walters Harnly of Spring Valley, IL, Beverly K. Enzor of Columbia, KY, Joyce A. Deckling of Shelby and Judy Bowman of Plymouth.
