It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Weiker of Republic, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John G. Pontius and Mildred Pontius (Barrick); and her spouse Carleton Weiker. She is survived by: her children, Peg Benner (Phillip) of Tiffin, Steven Weiker (Viola) of Colfax and Jay Weiker (Mary) of Middleton; and her sister Dorothy Thompson of Bradenton, Florida.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
