With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyle Drown of Republic, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on September 7, 2024 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lyle Drown to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Elsworth and Helen Drown (Gibbs); his mother-in-law Kay (Wadsworth); and his sister Sharon Sue Hunt. He is survived by: his children, L. Scott Drown (Karen) of Republic, Rodney L. Drown (Tonya) of Republic, Jason L. Drown (Kristie) of Republic, Lei Anne Bare (Riky) of Attica and Lori Kay Bollinger (Darin) of Bloomville; his half-brothers, Bill Drown (Betsy) of Findlay and Terry Drown of Clyde; and his sisters, Pricilla Ann Wadsworth (Gary "Kit") of Tiffin and Bonnie Jean Oberholtzer (Ron) of LaPorte, IN.. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, nine step-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Seneca Memory Gardens (4565 US-224, Tiffin, OH 44883).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Scipio Republic Veterans and First Responders Memorial Fund or Seneca County Humane Society.
