He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Shock and B. Jean Shock (Pendelton). He is survived by: his former wife Virginia Arbogast; his children, Anthony C. Shock of Republic and Denise Stokes (Michael) of Whitehouse, Ohio; his grandson Daniel Stokes of Whitehouse; his close friend Susie Wilhelm of Fremont; and his siblings, Bryan Shock (Kelly) of Attica, Sara Kessler of Tiffin, Janet Hendricks (Richard) of Fremont and Beverly Fox (Russell) of Tiffin.
