She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hohman and Lucille Hohman (Williams); her husband Eugene D. Price; and her siblings, Vincent Hohman, Mary Schroeder and Estella Reinhart.

She is survived by: her children, John Price of Republic and Caroline Byrne (Gregory) of Fremont; her siblings, James Hohman (Joyce) of Tiffin, Ferdinand Hohman (Carol) of Tiffin, Jerome Hohman (Susie) of New Riegel, Stephan Hohman (Bonnie) of McCutchenville, Rita Laibe (Dale) of Republic and Monica Pine (Earl) of New Washington; and her grandchildren, Kelli and Ethan Byrne.
