She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon E. Hayward; her son Martin E. Hayward; and her sisters, Barbara Eberly, C. Jean Butz and Joyce Baker.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael G. Hayward of Tiffin and Brian R. Hayward of Durango, Colorado.; her grandchildren, Robert G. Hayward of Clyde and Carrie Torres of Fireside; her great grandchildren, Jaedn, Kayin, Raiden, Macy and Chloe; and her siblings, Dorothy D. Cox of Clyde, Norie O. Harrow of North Canton, Marian Pfeiffer of Fremont, Ben Davis and Diane Deken of Madison.
