He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Warren and Louise Mangus Sr. (Whitmer); and his brothers, Joseph W. Mangus, Jr. and Richard Terry. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mangus of Republic; his children, Jeff Mangus, Wendy Carrick (Don) and Dawn McGinty; his siblings, Bill Mangus (Lynette), Helen Thompson, Denise Sauber (Fred) and Liz Ellis (Tom); his sister-in-law Rosie Mangus; his grandchildren, Miranda Bordner (Craig), Colton Carrick (Haley), Emily Myers (Jay), Kourtney Elswick (Kylin) and Max McGinty; and his great grandchildren, Quinn Bordner, Cooper Carrick, Kadin Elswick, Raelyn Carrick, Knox Elswick and Jackson Myers.
