Shafer formerly of Republic, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Shafer and Rebecca Shafer (Stiles). He is survived by: his wife Martha McBurney.
