He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo G. Seasly and Ruth O. Seasly (Schriner); and his brothers, John, Gerald and Kevin Seasly.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hall; his sons, Cody Seasly (Shawnisty) and Brandon Seasly (Breanna) of Republic; his grandchildren, Madison, Bentley and Henry Seasly; and his siblings, William Seasly (Paulette) of Republic and Barbara Rogers (Robert) of Ontario.
