She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Pickrell and Pearl Pickrell (Mills); her husband Norman I. Hoffman; her daughter Terri Lee Womack; and her siblings, John, Robert, Teddy Pickrell and Violet Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Hoffman (Tammy), Edward Hoffman (Bonnie) and Norma Jean Taylor (Tom) of Republic; and her sister Beverly Alexander of Front Royal, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
