He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Burkholder and Vivian Burkholder (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Carol (Wandersleben); his children, Gary Burkholder of Parma, OH and Rose Juhasz (Tibor) of South Lyon, MI; his grandsons, Holden and Travis Juhasz; and his brothers, Gerald, Roger and Vernon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
