He is survived by: his mother Luann Englehart Sheets; his brother Matthew Sheets of Zanesville, OH; his stepbrother Dustin Sheets of Los Angeles, CA; his stepfather Charles Sam Sheets of Zanesville, OH; his girlfriend Siya Phillips of Boston, MA; his aunt Susie Bayse; and also Shaila Debolt. He is also survived by his father's side, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins on his mother.
