He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tiede and Kathleen Tiede; and his brother John "Jack" Tiede. He is survived by: his wife Diane Tiede; his daughters, Barbara Ames (Jeffrey) of Reminderville and Rebecca Robinson (Todd) of Sandusky; and his grandchildren, Jenna Ames (Joseph House), Brandon Ames and Audrina Robinson.
