He is survived by: his significant other Tina; his children, Jacob "Jake" Ratliffe (Amy), Tasha Leasure (Brandon), Jessica Warpool (Matt) and Stacey Lori (Rome); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Lilly Ratliffe, Jazmine, Brylie, Kallina (Kalli), Elias Leasure (Eli), Bryer, Payzlie Warpool, Bede and Gwyn Lori; and his parents-in-law, William "Bill" Stine and Shirley Stine.
