He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Murray; his children, Buffy "Shawna" (Johnny Pate), Phillip Dale Tharp and Garrett Ray Tharp; his grandchildren, Amber Riddell, Phillip and William Tharp; his great grandchildren, Houston, Chloi, Colt, Clover, Cherry, Ally, Alexis and Johnathon; his close friends, Bill and Becky Keeler; and his siblings, Debbie Tharp, Kimberly Lentz (Thomas), Gregory Tharp, Teresa Coyle and Jimmy Murray, Jr. (Kathy).
