He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gus Melchion (Judy) and Lillian Callahan; his stepson Adam Emerson; his uncle Sal; and his aunt Nancy Fucito.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Melchion; and his daughters, Tammy Hovland, Sherry Thomas, Gina Neff (Deron) and Dawn Hetterich (Brian). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and many other loving friends.
