She is survived by: her daughter Billie Jo Welsh (Jeff McComis); her brother Tom Soulsby; her grandsons, Collin Otworth and Jarrett Otworth; her close friend Bobby Calaway; and her nephews, Bill Soulsby (Nikki) and Brad Soulsby (Michelle).
