He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Atlee Rice and Nora Estella Rice (Kincade); his wife Anna; and his siblings, Wilma Robinson and Harley Rice.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Rice (Kathy Williams) of Louisville, John Rice (Amy) of Vincent and David Rice (Dawn) of Reedsville; his grandchildren, Trevor Rice (Tricia), Christina Rice, Meghan Rice (Jordan Boggs), Josh Rice, Clay Rice and Meara Rice; his great grandchild Theodore Rice; his sister Iris Mae Karhan of Orrville; and his brother-in-law Rex Robinson (Wilma Robinson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
