He is survived by: his wife Linda Preston (Ratliff); his children, Bridgette Neal (Scott) of Dayton, Robert Frederick (Ruby) of Proria, Terry Frederick (Alethia Foote) of Marion and Christy Herriott (Eric) of West Mansfield; his grandchildren, Rodney Frederick (Felicia), Stephanie Herriott, Terry Frederick, Jr., Chase Frederick, Taylor Murphey, Kaylie Heffron, Tyler Neal, Ina Tolin and Paul Tolin; his great grandchildren, Raven Jane Frederick and Jonathan Frederick; his siblings, Vince Wells of Brookville, IN and Rhonda Koenig of Lebanon; and his brother-in-law David Ratliff of Grove City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
