He is survived by: his sister Theresa Carter; his children, Stephanie, Alexis Lemmon and Charles Lemmon III; his siblings, Kimberly Bell of Barnsville and Kevin McCort of Florida; his nieces and nephews, Clarrissa Dugan, Tristen Bell, Julius (Ruby), Kenneth Carter and Kade Bell; and his great-nieces, Chase, Madelynn Carter, Kayla, Lynzi, Allison Erikson and Kiera Dugan (Denease Saffell).
